We were delighted to be involved in the delivery of the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Management & Leadership to the 1st cohort from Oman Reinsurance Company LLC.

Working with Competence Academy, our lead consultant, Stirling Wood, delivered the 1st workshop covering three modules of the ILM Level 3 programme; Understanding Leadership, Understanding the Communication Process in the Workplace, and Delivering Briefings and Making Presentations.

The last unit required delegates to prepare and deliver a 10-minute presentation of their choice to their colleagues. Every candidate really through themselves in to the programme, for some it was their first time ever giving a presentation to an audience. And how they delivered! It was great to see the level of enthusiasm and energy in the room from Sunday to Thursday - it never dropped.

What a great bunch if people. We wish them well for the 2nd workshop, to be held in November.
