Stirling Wood
Managing Director
TVET Specialist
Stirling has over 20 years' experience as a senior leader and manager, working in the private-sector, vocational education with Governments, Sector Skills organisations, awarding/certification organisations, and membership bodies.

Since 2010, Stirling has worked internationally in the Middle East, Far-East, South and South-East Asia, the USA, and Europe to help develop leadership and management skills, competency models, TVET capacity and capability, and strategy/policy and systems for regulatory frameworks and regulatory criteria, through assessment and qualification development to process and procedure development and implementation.

Stirling successfully helped several UK organisations increase their International presence through business development activities.
In recent years, he has developed several competency frameworks for major overseas clients and is now involved in delivering leadership training and coaching to middle and senior management staff.
Tabatha Wood
Director
Consultant/Project Manager
Tabatha is a qualified and experienced Project Manager (Prince2 Practitioner), administrator, and co-ordinator. She has worked across the education sector providing project management, administrative, and logistical support to a number of educational and public-sector projects and clients in the UK and overseas.
​
As a Managing Partner in Stirling Wood Consulting Ltd she supports projects by working with clients to help embed solutions across the client's target audiences.
She has worked on several projects overseas in Oman, Qatar, and Nepal.
She has worked for clients in the Far East, organising study tours for foreign students to the UK.
​
She is also trained and certified in delivering and reporting on GeneSys psychometric assessment online systems.
