After a busy year, with nearly seven months spent overseas, mainly in the Middle East, we returned to the UK in mid-October.

Since then, we have strengthened our partnership with Proactive Safety Leadership (PSL) by taking on the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Registered Centre centre management role for PSL. Having successfully navigated PSL's way through the CMI Registered Centre Approval process at the beginning of 2024, Stirling is now devoting a few days a month to managing the relationship with CMI and supporting the team of assessors who quality assure learners' assignments before submission to CMI for marking.

As a Member of the CMI, Stirling already had a great relationship with them and is in the perfect position to support both CMI and PSL in this ongoing collaboration. CMI is the leading professional body for managers and leaders in the UK and around the world, and their qualifications are highly valued and sought after by forward thinking businesses. Add to this the incredible level of support that CMI provide to centres and learners, and you have a great offer for employers looking to develop their leadership capability.

With in excess of 300 learners a year studying to towards Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7 qualifications in Management & Leadership, it's going to be an interesting and challenging role, but one we are delighted to be taking on.
