Berlin, you were great!

We were delighted to attend the 2025 HSE360Summit with and on behalf of Proactive Safety Leadership, hosted by GLC. This 3-day conference brought together thought-leaders in the field of health and safety from around the world to discuss and debate important health and safety issues and present new and innovative strategies to promote and improve health and wellbeing at work.

We made some fantastic connections and had really stimulating and thought-provoking conversations.

Health & Safety at work isn't just about adhering to rules and regulations or making sure your compliant with legislation. It's about shaping and influencing actions, taking responsibility for risk on a personal level, and keeping each other safe.

It's up to leaders in every organisation and business to do exactly that - lead. And when leadership is all about behaviours and attitudes, leaders need to model the right health and safety behaviours every day.
