We are delighted to once again be working with Competence HR in developing a competency library for the largest turnkey integrated facilities management company in Oman.

We really enjoy these types of projects, which involves working closely with HR and learning & development teams and senior management to identify the critical competences required for key roles. These competency libraries will help to ensure that staff have the skills they need to do their jobs to the highest quality. It also provides a vehicle to enable career progression for those wanting to move their careers forward, and it enables the company to effectively manage their succession planning strategies.

We'll be returning to Oman at the beginning of May to conclude the project, completing the individual libraries and mapping the competences to job roles at four skills levels.
