Once more, unto the breach, dear friends, once more!

We go back to the desert! Continuing our work with Knowledge Grid and the end-client we'll be rolling out the implementation of the Competency Framework we developed for them last year.

This trip will see us in Oman until the end of July. Stirling, our lead consultant, will be spending most of June and July working with staff as they roll out the assessment phase of the project. Tabatha, our project manager and admin/logistics 'guru' will co-ordinate things from Muscat, with the odd trip in to the fields.

Of her first trip in to the desert, Tabatha said, 'What an experience! I've been seeing names, and job roles, and skills profiles in spreadsheets for months, but to put names to faces and see the work that goes on out there has been an invaluable experience for me. It will help me manage things from first-hand knowledge, having seen the staff in action".
